While the larger Toyota Prius V launch was delayed due to the supply problems caused by the earthquake/tsunami this Spring in Japan, the Prius V is now available, and it's a best value according to Intellichoice. Likewise, Kipplingers calls the V hybrid the best new utility vehicle.

According to Intellichoice the Prius is the best value amongst all passenger vehicles. Likewise, the Prius has consistently been noted as a great buy by Consumer Reports, JD Power and Kiplinger as well.
Sure, the Prius might not be the most exciting looking vehicle on the road today, nor does it provide the most exhilerating driving experience.
