Is Phill a hydrogen highway workaround?

During a conversation with a Honda spokesman at NAIAS, I inquired as to whether Phill, the home fueling station for natural gas vehicles, could become a home fueling station for hydrogen vehicles. I was told that Honda was developing the concept, but that such a home fueling station was still, minimally, years away. Nonetheless, Phill for hydrogen is a very interesting idea. It wouldn't be a perfect solution, but it would make hydrogen much more viable without a so-called "hydrogen highway".
