China and India want technology to help with emissions

China and India are seeking help in obtaining clean energy technology to fight global warming pollution which is increasing as does their economies. However, since most rich countries, according to China and India, are either not meeting Kyoto requirements or have not even joined Kyoto, both China and India feel they should not have to meet any compulsory limits either.
