Supreme Court divided over global warming case

According to most court observers, the emissions case of Massachusetts versus the EPA will almost certainly end with a divided Supreme Court. Even if the Supreme Court ruled in favor of Massachusetts, the EPA still wouldn't necessarily have to do anything. Ultimately, it seems this case will be a matter better handled by Congress.
