Clean funds growing less green in chase for cash?

The article covers all of the major funds, providing a great research list if you are interested in investing some money in socially responsible funds. Middleton also touches on the performance of the funds while noting just how socially responsible the fund is based upon analysis of the stock portfolios of these funds. Unfortunately, Middleton finds that being completely socially responsible and making money isn't always the easiest task. Consequently, many of the most profitable funds do include a few less responsible stocks.
