Evergreen solar signs 4-yr $100 million deal

Evergreen Solar's business has been shining quite brightly in the past 12 months. While the company just inked a $100 million dollar 4 year deal with Mainstream Energy, Evergreen has also signed deals worth more than $700 million for the next five years. For a company that saw revenues of only $44 million last year, such deals seem to indicate a strong future not only for Evergreen, but for the solar power industry as well.
