OPEC getting into ethanol

AutoBlogGreen asks the question is, "Could OPEC be looking to go green? Or is the cartel warily keeping an eye on a possible competitor?" Let's face it, if ethanol becomes more popular, big oil, big agriculture and big chemical companies WILL get involved. Will anything really change?
