Is clean energy as easy as grass?

According to a Reuter's article, a simple grass called Miscanthus could provide a serious boost to America's energy needs and is carbon neutral, which means that it does not add CO2 to the atmosphere. Of course, we'll have to wait until the capitalists figure out a way to make money off of doing the right thing.
