Nike's Green Boot: The Nike Considered Boot
I buy mostly New Balance shoes, not because they are the best, necessarily, but because the company seems less harmful to the world. While I loved my Nike's as a kid, I've felt guilty buying these shoes as an adult. The Nike Considered Shoe gives me some hope for Nike. Recycled and recyclable, plus many of this line are made from a hemp, a product I totally endorse. Should cost about $110.Labels: green products

BRNA receives hundreds of questions on heat shield
08-06-2005
BRNA receives hundreds of questions from around the world on both our fuel tank and heat shield safety design integrate while conducting there simulated mission to the stars. Dr. Haynes anticipates that the team will experience little problems here because “our orbiter to dual booster configuration places the propellant tank behind, below and away the precious payload compartment area. In relation to the heat shield problem, Haynes thinks that the NASA experts know what they are doing but because of our superior spaceship-to-fuel tank configuration Blue Ridge Nebula Air (www.blueridegairlines.com) orbital takeoffs from earth should never experience any normal fuel tank practical separation impacts like that. Haynes also states that our vehicle attachment configuration just happens to look much like a Star Trek Federation Star-ship appearances which his cousin in Denver politics seems to like so much.
Haynes feels that its both exciting and an honor to be responsible for building, and operating, a real life replica of the popular Star Trek Enterprise spaceship. I discovered by accident a long time ago that this type of configuration was right on the mark, interims of both safety and space liner functionality. Its funny how science fiction turns into sciences fact sometimes Haynes said. He also states that BRNA salutes Mr. Roddenberry, his son the shows staff members, and their fans but most likely will not be naming any of our UFO looking space ships after them out of respect for their creativity an leadership in early Sci Fi, but we will be looking forward to give the producers, actors and devoted fans safe deep space flight rides with in a few short years now with the help of the FAA.
Besides, Dr Haynes says, we have a long list of name all ready suggested or the next fleet of Haynes Flying Saucers coming off the DEHAS Inc production line in Denver over the next decade or so, like the name of one of my role models who’s children I grew up with who was actually selected by president J. F. Kennedy to be one of the original NASA astronauts in the early 60’s . He has a great family ethics and really deservers the aerospace sciences reconviction, and or, compliment in this way. God bless him. A second aviation personality who we will seek to name one of the Haynes saucers after was my final Spartan Aeronautics Aircraft Technicians instructor in Tulsa Oklahoma during the mid 70’s, who predicted that I would become a leader in the aviation filed someday. We are also looking at the possibility of recognizing both Charles Augustus Lindbergh and Charles Zimmerman for there pioneering aviation work in the filed of twin engine, UFO (disk) shaped aircraft designs back in the 40 and 50’s.
Gluhareff also had a lot to do with the core design of our ramrocket engine fundamental technology back then as well.
Dr. Haynes responded to the question of heats shield safety in this way. Because our Haynes Flying Saucer heat shield is based on the latent heat cooling transfer effect technicians have the luxury of constructing the lower section of our saucers airframe as one complete sheet of higher heat resistant aluminum, so there is litter concern that individual tiles or separators could accidentally come loss during normal atmospheric shearing reentry phase of flight and cause further life threading damage. But we are praying for the best with the NASA people along with the rest of the world and wish them God Speed this time.
Presently the Haynes Saucer is docked with the phantom civilian space station is busy producing 30K watts of power per hour for the two structures off and on for the next two months. This test is away of qualifying our patented deep space electrical generation capabilities via magnetic rotational motions. In the history of aerospace science there has not been a feasible spaceship design that could take advantage of both solar wind and magnetic rotation as electrical generation sources until our flying saucer design.
Next step after the long life duration endurance test of our electrical generators is to de-dock and make a quick trip to the earth’s moon for another two month surface space station electrical generate endurance test before heading on to Mars in early December at about mach 150 flight speed. At that time our patent ram rocket engines will be test fired at a normal acceleration rate of .206 mps for several hours to validate our capability of reaching this historic high rate of space flight speed as we “real time” calculate and monitor the actually fuel burn requirements of our extremely efficient and cool running power plants.
Dr. Haynes believes that the ability to conduct this simulated “real time” mission to Phobos within three months round trip rivaling time is helping them gather accurate consumable depletion rates. These real time measurements are needed to finalize the over all internal compartment size of our next Flying Saucer shaped craft. We will also eventually need the final "external: hardware sizing of the Bigelow(X-NASA) inflatable Space Modules docking port opening before we can finalize our HSGA-11 spaceships size. After this we can complete the construction of our next Haynes Sauce with a few short months. The el Jimmielee is designed to serve just as the NASA Enterprise mockup has done in the air but the next flying saucer series of designs are to be certified by Michele Murray team in the FAA east coast AST aerospace division around 2007.
For now we will focus on becoming the first certified space line company of the original 90’s certified air-carrier family to offer suborbital flights, and later seek approval for higher flight routing opportunities. But since you only have one opportunity to fly to Mars every 26 months we though that the 2005 Phobos mission window had to be utilized if we were to stay on target as one of the leaders in the civilian cargo and passenger space transportation industry.
Does anyone know whether the nike considered boot is is still in shops on sale iv e been looking for one without luck
please help
I would like to buy a pair of the recyclable Nike shoes, thi link on this site is dead. Where are they and how do I order them? I live in Omaha, NE but can order on-line with a working link. Thanks! Rita C.
PS. It's about time we had some shoes like this!
***Editors note: I've still seen this shoe at some shoe stores, but not at a Foot Locker, for example. Still, if you can't find this shoe, but you are looking for a green shoe, check out out Patagonia's shoes. For example, the OutsideIn. Also, here's a link to Hemp Shoes on Amazon.com
