Oil just cents below $60.00

The trading day isn't done, but oil might stand above $60.00 today. As I'm writing this, oil has reached as high as 59.95.

No long after I posted this, oil actually hit $60.00 per barrel, sending the markets down. Is this is a sign of things to come? Hopefully, Congress is paying attention.
