California, New York and Florida doing a little fuel cell dreaming

I can't wait for fuel cell vehicles. I wish clean hydrogen was widely available to fill cheap fuel cell vehicles. Unfortunately, this is going to happen for at least a decade, and that is the best, best, best case scenario. Nonetheless, New York, Florida, and California are preparing to spend millions in the next few years to inspire this emerging technology. I just hope it doesn't become an excuse to do nothing, until fuel cells arrive. Read more from USAToday.
