Hybrid car sales: Toyota versus Honda

Toyota sold more hybrid cars than Honda last year. The Prius sold more than 50,000 units in 2004. In 2005, Honda hopes to sell a combined 50,000 hybrid cars between the Civic hybrid and the Accord hybrid. On the contrary, Toyota is going to sell more than 100,000 Prius hybrids next year, plus it will begin selling the Lexus RX400h hybrid and the Toyota Highlander hybrid. What's Toyota's hybrid secret?
